EFR courses are a great way for you to increase your self-confidence and be more prepared to deal with emergency situations. Participants are able to practice emergency care in a stress-free atmosphere and learn simple procedures. You will find self-study guides, videos, and quick reference cards. It meets the requirements of the PADI Rescue Diver course as well as professional ratings.

Pre-requisites

Requirements
The Emergency First Response Training builds confidence and prepares participants in helping others in an emergency. This course covers lifesaving skills such as CPR, first-aid, and primary care. It also emphasizes the importance to minimize risks. The course also educates non-divers, so that they are better prepared to help in an emergency.
Students are eligible to take the PADI Instructor Exam after they have completed the EFRI program. Each course begins with the prefix EFRI, and is numbered sequentially. Each course lasts for one hour. It includes 55 minutes class time and five minute breaks.
Refresher course
For people looking to improve their skills, the EFR Refresher Course was created. There are two parts to the course: Skill Development and Exam. EFR Refresher Course is an optional course. However, the EFR Instructor manual recommends it. The refresher course will teach you the most recent developments in CPR and first aid. AED use will also be covered. Additionally, you will be able to instruct others on how to perform these skills in an emergency.
This course will help you to improve your skills and prepare for the PADI Rescue Diver course. It also meets the requirement for the Professional Rescue Diver course and other courses that require CPR training. It also includes an Emergency First Response Videos, which help participants prepare for emergencies as well as preview the skills they'll be using during the skills-development session.

Cost
The half-day Emergency First Respond course teaches skills needed in emergency situations. It includes classroom lectures, video presentations, role play scenarios, CPR, first assistance, and AED use. This course is an integral part of PADI certification. It also fulfills prerequisites for many courses. The course is approximately 6,900 THB for each person. The cost includes the training manual as well as two years' certification fees for PADI.
