Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader had a problem in his BC. He sent Sherwood two emails and completed its "Contact Us” form. However, he was unable to receive an answer. Sherwood doesn't have a physical address. He eventually sent a certified letter to the Irvine, California, address found on the company's brochures. However, he received the return address of his letter without forwarding it.
