Bob Hollis
Bob Hollis is a pioneer in the scuba diving industry, a local legend and a member of the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame. He began scuba diving in the late 1950s and developed an interest in underwater photography. This new hobby required specialized equipment. Hollis, who holds an engineering degree, developed his own housings to fit underwater cameras. Hollis founded Anchor Shack, an underwater camera shop in Hayward, California, in 1965. He started receiving mail orders soon for his housings.

Oceanic
The Hollis Scuba Oceanic brand is one of the most iconic and well-known names in scuba diving. The company was founded by Bob Hollis back in 1972 and has been synonymous with high-quality scuba equipment. Its products include rebreathers as well dive computers and unique diving masks with headsup displays. They have also been involved in the development of military diving equipment, including the MK-25, which is used by US Navy frogmen and other naval work divers.
Hollis scuba diving equipment
Hollis is a manufacturer of diving equipment that is both technologically advanced and ergonomically designed. Engineers from Hollis have designed equipment to suit the needs of both new and experienced technical divers. Hollis equipment for scuba diving is constructed with the most advanced materials and tested technologies.
Recalled dive computers
Hollis's Scuba has recalled several dive computers that could cause drowning. A faulty air flow control system in the recalled dive computers could lead to a diver losing control of their underwater breathing. These dive computers were bought between November 2010-July 2012 for around $1200. You can return the affected units to the factory or dealer for repairs.

Warranty
The Hollis Scuba Warranty protects your investment by ensuring that the equipment meets your expectations. The warranty covers recreational scuba diving as long as the equipment is properly maintained. Hollis can exchange your equipment or provide a refund if there are any problems. However, this warranty does not cover shipping and handling costs. Furthermore, if you use your new equipment for military or commercial purposes, your warranty will be null and void.
