Padi divers do not need a CMAS card

The PADI diver certification program offers many benefits. With more than 5,300 dive centers across 160 countries, it is the most well-known and largest diving training organization. Its members account for 75 percent of the world's diving centers and certify more divers than any other organization.

A padi diver requires a medical certificate

Before you become a PADI diver, you must obtain a medical certificate. The PADI self-assessment must be completed and submitted to your doctor in order to get your certification. Your physician will issue you a certificate of fitness for diving.

Course fees

PADI Level 2 Diver Courses are priced differently. PADI is a well-known training organization, but there are better options such as SSI. For backpackers and those who don't want to spend a lot of money, SSI is the way to go. SSI has a significantly lower cost and you can borrow their study materials. You don't need to bring any books. You can also get your certificate online via their app.
